Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Full-price and current items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Returns are accepted at the buyer’s expense for shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
• Clearance or sale items are non-returnable. All sales are final on those items.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@shopunitech.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email that your refund has been processed. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
